AMERICAN HORROR STORY: ASYLUM Trailer

The second season's twisted drama set in an Asylum with an amazing cast led by the gifted ( and still beautiful!) Jessica Lange. The creators reference the best moments from the iconic Horror-Drama classics: The Exorcist, One flew over the cuckoo's nest, Rosemary's baby, The Texas chainsaw massacre and Silence of the lambs to a brilliant, frightening, suspenseful  and original effect.
Miss Lange has proven to me to be the True Heir to the unique talents of the late, great Geraldine Page who is unmatched in playing mysterious, creepy, twisted, demented and dangerous characters.
The biggest reference for this tale of horror is the infamous and unforgettable expose that Geraldo Rivera brought to innocent television audiences with his early '70's reporting on the shocking conditions of the Willowbrook State School for handicapped children. A important documentary, though not for sensitive eyes.
